How do I do this?

When I post comments to other blogs on Blogger, and people click my link, it brings them back to my profile page. How do I set it up so that it goes directly to my blog and not to my profile?

Also, does anyone know of any good stats packages? I use statscounter.com and mybloglog... both are useful but If i had one really good package, it would be better.
