Do yourself a favour ! If you don't have tickets to see the Me Mom and Morgentaler reunion shows this weekend RUN! DON'T WALK and buy yourself tix to the remaining shows! Seriously Thursday night's show was soooooo cool. Easily, one of the best shows I saw this year. and for all you doubters out there, this is not nostalgia. Nay... these guys are raw talent and energy. Kim and Gus have taken being front people to a whole new level. Montreal needs these guys. And my GOD is Kim not the most beautiful woman in the world?! Yes our music scene is now world famous, but we need some party fun like only Me Mom knows how to deliver. Gus came down in to the audience and hung out and sang with us during Everyone Has Aids, then he crowd surfed with us.... IT WAS AWESOME!!! and then in a pure act of class and amazingness the whole band instead of going off and partying backstage after the show, they all came down in to the audience and hung out with us in the lobby... seriously do you know any bands that do that?!

En tout cas... if you have to see a show this year... make it this one... and buy the shwag and album. This goes directly in to their pockets. Not to get all preachy but don't copy this album... It's only 15$ and these people have worked so hard and have done so much to make Montreal what it is that the least we can do is buy their album.

We miss you guys! Wish you still were still together and blowing our minds.
