I just got off the phone with a third friend who was in emerg yesterday... A few months ago he had a collapsed lung and yesterday, he got the exact same pain in the exact same place, so he mosied on over to the hospital... After a few x-rays, they were able to determine that his lung had not re-collapsed. The pain has since subsided but the doc wants to see him again on Monday....
What the hell is going on?!

I just learned that Mike did not have a heart attack, he had a stroke. It seems that he's talking (which apparently is a good sign), but unfortunately, I have no other information.
Dave, left the hospital today after a barrage of tests and scans. Seems all is relatively OK, but they are going to do a follow up in an external clinic.

What else can happen in the next few days?...

It's times like these when I wish thre was someone I could talk to and not just babel out in to cyberspace on a blog that nobody reads.... (sigh)
