hmmmm.... reboot? i guess

Well.... after much deliberation, I've decided to start this blog. I'm not exactly sure what I'm here to say or to go on about.... but I do have some ideas.

I came across this blog which really inspired me vero-b.blogspot.com and thanks to her, I've decided to start my own. I really appreciate this woman's ability to create this sort of Zen experience with her video blogs. I love them. They are moments in time, no commentary, sometimes visually interesting but always... .... ... I'm not so sure I can really describe what it's like it in words. They just capture the moment. A bit of piece and quiet on this crazy digital information highway.

My intention in not to steal her ideas or style, but to capture moments in my time, my space, my world. I'd like to contact her to thank her, but I still have this weird hang up about contacting strangers on the net; even if they seem to be really cool.

I've just pickup up my first digital camera (Fuji Finepix E550) which supposedly has a really good video mode. So this will be my main blogging tool (well, I will write as well).... I plan to blog in English and in French... I love speaking French and and ever since "A" left me, I only get to speak French at work and with my Dad so this will give me a chance to practice my French, especially my written French which I know sucks the big one. Hopefully this will lead me down the road to bigger and more interesting things and ... people.
